Always treat all Administrators, Game Masters and members of management with respect. Any act of disrespect toward the administration, regardless of the medium used, may result in punishment.

Impersonating or pretending to be an Administrator, Game Master or any other member of the HUGO management team is strictly prohibited.

Advertising, promoting, mentioning or recommending other Lineage II servers is prohibited in any in-game chat, Discord, forum, website or any other platform officially connected to HUGO.

The use of unauthorized programs, exploits, game modifications or any method that takes advantage of bugs or technical issues to gain an unfair advantage over other players is strictly prohibited.

If you discover a bug or technical problem in the game, forum or website, you must report it to the administration immediately.

Do not ask Administrators or Game Masters for levels, items, Adena, teleportation or any other personal benefits. Such requests will not be answered.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your account, password and personal information secure. Never share your password with anyone, including members of the administration.

Always make sure that the computer you use to play Lineage II is secure. Do not use unauthorized third-party programs or software that interact with the game, as they may contain malware, viruses or keyloggers that can compromise your account and items.

The administration is not responsible for items that are stolen, dropped, destroyed or lost due to user negligence, account sharing or improper use of third-party software.

All account information provided by the user must be accurate and kept up to date. Keep your registered email address active, as it may be required for password recovery or account-related procedures.

The administration is not responsible for information that has been forgotten, lost, deleted or cancelled by the user.

Insulting, harassing or disrespecting other players through profanity, offensive language, derogatory names, pornographic content, racist comments or other inappropriate behavior is prohibited in Global Chat and all other platforms provided by the HUGO team.

Players who do not wish to receive messages from another player may use the /block command. Use Hero Chat responsibly, as messages sent through Hero Chat are visible to the entire server.

Using any chat or communication platform to deliberately incite, manipulate or turn players against the administration or the server is prohibited.

Making serious accusations against the administration, staff or other players without reasonable evidence may result in punishment. Players are expected to provide valid evidence when reporting serious incidents or violations.

Any action that the administration considers unfair, abusive or inappropriate may result in punishment.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Deliberately losing Grand Olympiad matches to give points to another character.
• Attempting to manipulate, disrupt or exploit automatic events.
• Attempting to deceive or manipulate events organized by the administration.
• Offering false, misleading or non-existent items to other players.
• Using any method intended to obtain an unfair advantage over other players.
